3D Concept
The Sheriff
I modeled the 3D sheriff in 3DS Max. The model was made from a concept drawing I did, after the build I also applied and painted the models skin.

The main man in the modeling world for me has to be Paul Steed. I learned most of my 3D skills from his tutorials. His book Modeling a Character in 3DS Max is also very good.
